- Toilets, Bidets and Flush Valves
- Standard, comfort-height, wall-hung and accessible toilets for homes and condos, plus flushometer and sensor flush valves for commercial washrooms. Each one set on a sound flange with a new seal and supply valve.
- Kitchen and Bathroom Faucets
- Kitchen, bathroom, laundry and bar faucets, including pull-down, touchless and wall-mount styles. We replace the supply lines and shut-off valves at the same time so a new faucet is not fed by twenty-year-old parts.
- Sinks, Showers and Tubs
- Undermount and drop-in sinks, shower valves and trim, tub spouts and drains. Rough-in adjustments are handled so the new fixture fits the space you have, not the one it was sold for.
- Commercial Washroom Fixtures
- Flush valve toilets and urinals, sensor faucets, mop sinks and accessible fixtures for offices, restaurants, retail and multi-unit buildings. Scheduled after hours where the building needs it, with one invoice across sites.

We confirm the rough-in, the condition of the supply and drain, and the fixture spec, then give you a price before work starts. If the flange, shut-off valve or trap needs replacing, you hear about it up front, not on the invoice.
3. Installed, tested, cleaned up
Fixture set level and sealed, connections pressure-checked and run, old fixture removed and the work area cleaned before we leave.
